In the fall of 2021 both of my shoulders were diagnosed with Bursitis and Tendinitis and extremely painful. My Orthopedic Dr. recommended surgery on my right shoulder. I was referred to Dr. Flanagan approx 12 weeks later for assessment of left shoulder. He recommended PRP treatment. After 6 months both shoulders were fairly equal in mobility, and strength, with pain eliminated. PRP provided nearly similar results as surgery for two shoulders in similar condition. It was such a benefit to avoid surgery on my second shoulder.
